How we protect and retain your Personal Data

Your Personal Data will be stored until we delete the record and we proactively delete it or you send a valid deletion request. Videos and photos uploaded for the purpose of our Product and Services are kept for up to one week and then deleted. We retain Personal Data that you provide to us where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, as long as is required to contact you about our Products and / or Services).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Data, we securely delete the information or anonymize it or, if this is not possible, then we will safely store your Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

When you purchase the Products through our Sites you will be redirected to one of our third party partners, Fastspring. In order to purchase the Software in our Vendor Partners websites you will need to provide them with details such as your credit card number, CVV number, its expiration date and any other details needed in order to facilitate the transaction. Our Service may be provided using resources and servers located in various countries around the world. Therefore your personal data may be transferred across international borders outside the country where you use our Service, including countries that do not have laws providing specific protection for personal data or that have different legal rules on data protection.

Your Privacy Rights and how to Change or Delete Your Account

Log Files and Analytic tools
Our Products may collect information regarding the use of the Products, such as the number, resolution and file size of optimized photos/ videos in each session and overall, statistics of pressing different buttons in the app, errors and failures. This information is sent to third party service providers which analyze and integrate this information. We use this information to improve our Products and our Services.
